Well all four of my Firm exercise videos have now arrived, yeah! As many people know its all I've been talking about for the last month. This particular company guarantees results within 10 workouts and wow, they sure aren't kidding! I had a VHS body sculpting basics by The Firm in high school and it really worked amazingly. I have never seen any of these videos for sale in any stores I've looked in so I decided to order online. Tamara and I did the bootcamp video the other day and it was a great workout. My face was a rather interesting shade of purple, but I'm sure it won't always be like that! And the Power Yoga video is another great one. I am amazed at the flexibility of some people! When it comes to keeping my legs straight and not bending the knees, I look quite elderly. I'm sure that will change too! Two of the videos I ordered require some equipment...weights and a....Fanny Lifter!! Its just a little step thing, so I'll have to see if I can find one like that or else I'll be back to ordering more equipment. I want to make sure I get one that is the exact dimensions that these women are using or else I'll end up with a buffalo bum or a flat Prairie bum! Something about spring makes me want to get active! I also want to take a Tai Chi class starting next month. Something about stretching outside in a park seems so peaceful and refreshing!
Anyway thats it for now!

The 14 Day Challenge
My hubby always says that I'm a sucker for advertising and marketing. A really good commercial can influence my purchases. So, I decided to take the Activia yogurt 14-day challenge as seen on the commercials on TV. I just thought it would suddenly help me physically feel better, more energized or something! One of my sisters was also eating this yogurt and she said it was really good.
If you don't notice a change by the end of the 14-day period they will give you your money back. Now, I'm assuming this change is supposed to be seen in your digestion and 'regularity'. But, within a week of me eating this yogurt my hair is suddenly thicker and longer!!! Yipee!! Now I'm not sure if this is because it just reached that point where you can notice it has grown or something. But, I've even received comments from a couple people who had no idea I had been thinking the same thing about my hair! So, even if this has nothing to do with the yogurt everyone should really try this brand anyways! It has some really yummy kinds like: pear, prune, apple/museli & nuts, etc. So there is my product review for the day!
Take care:)

Pet Peeve
I was driving down 8th street today and noticed a sign at a restaurant that annoyed me. I can't quite remember now how it went, but it was using your in the wrong way. Kind of like signs at stores that say 'Smile, your on camera'. Well, that really annoys me because it should be you're on camera, not your. The point of the sign is to say you are on camera and the abbreviation for that is you're. Your should be followed with some type of a noun, like 'Smile your face is on camera'. Or something to that effect.
Anyway, just a little pet peeve for me in the grammer department.
bye:)

By the Way
I guess I'm a blogger now!?!? I do enjoy blogs, my lurker habits can attest to that. Any of my lurker friends out there agree?? Anyway, its time to make the transition from lurker and occasional commenter, to blogger.
Favourite Kiss
Brendan and I watched Babel a couple weeks ago while we were trying to watch as many Oscar nominated movies as we could before the Academy Award show. I really enjoyed the movie and I have now found my favourite movie kiss! As Cate lay bleeding on the floor of some hut in Morocco from a gun shot wound she told her hubby Brad that she peed her pants. Brad asked her if she had to go again and he got her a pan of some sort for her to go in. He lifted up her skirt or blanket or whatever was covering her and positioned the pan properly so she could pee again. And while the pan was in place, they kissed such a beautifully sweet kiss. These two had been having problems in their marriage and this vacation was supposed to help them reconnect. I know I did not describe some steamy, hot, tingley kiss, but this gets my vote for best movie kiss. It was a kiss of true love, of commitment, of trust, a forever kind of love, not the typical kiss of lust often seen in movies. Brings a tear to my eye, the simpleness of it, the humanity of it.
