I was driving down 8th street today and noticed a sign at a restaurant that annoyed me. I can't quite remember now how it went, but it was using your in the wrong way. Kind of like signs at stores that say 'Smile, your on camera'. Well, that really annoys me because it should be you're on camera, not your. The point of the sign is to say you are on camera and the abbreviation for that is you're. Your should be followed with some type of a noun, like 'Smile your face is on camera'. Or something to that effect.
Anyway, just a little pet peeve for me in the grammer department.

I understand completely. I'm a big grammar fanatic and I always notice stuff like that. Always. I appreciate the fact that you notice too and that it bugs you :)
